The domain name www.pursueit.ae (hereinafter referred to as "Website") and/or the Pursueit mobile applications, jointly referred to as “Platform” is owned by Pursueit FZ LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Pursueit" or “Company”).  We receive information about you from various sources, including if you register for the Site and the Services, through your user account on the Services , your use of the Services generally and from third party websites and services. When you use the Services, you are consenting to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is a part of and incorporated within and is to be read along with the Terms of Use.

Collection of Information

You may give us personally identifiable information about yourself by filling in forms on the Platform or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. Personally identifiable information may include information you provide when you register to use the Platform, subscribe to our Services, participate in social media events on the Platform, provide feedback, reviews and rating or when you report a problem with the Platform. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, personal description, photographs, family details, date of birth of self and family members, credit card information, billing information etc. You may also choose to provide other personal information in order to express yourself beyond the required information, such as your preferred location, your interest preferences, children school information etc.
