What can I say. Avi is an amazing teacher with great communication skills and a large portion of patience. She really lets you do the work.... and also the tasting, which is just fantastic.
I spent an amazing time in her class and will not want to miss her. The mousse is simply an overwhelming discovery in my baking yard and inspires to do a lot more. Please visit Avi, she is the one!!!

The class with Avi and her mother, Sudeshna was an absolute joy. They were so enthusiastic and thorough in teaching us not only the recipes but so much more about indian culture, their background and that of the meals we prepared. It felt like if we had known each other forever. After the couple of hours which went by without us noticing it, we had an amazing meal. We will definitely go back and we wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone who likes the feeling ‘finally I am at home’.

This was such an awesome experience! The instructor makes the entire learning process very fun and very easy. The instructor has extensive formal education in cooking as well as working experience. This class is completely worth it, and even semi-experienced cooks will learn something new!
