Athletics classes covers different track & field events. Whether you are new to the sport or taking it a bit more seriously, this class covers everything from fundamental movements to specific technical work. 

This class focuses on :

Tuesday 

6pm - 7pm

• Jumps: Long jump, High jump, Triple jump

7pm - 8pm

• Sprints: Acceleration, Speed, Speed endurance or
• Middle Distance: 800m – 3000m track based sessions or
• Throws: Shot put, Javelin, Discus

Wednesday

6pm - 7pm & 7pm to 8pm

• Jumps: Long jump, High jump, Triple jump

Thursday 

6pm - 7pm

• Hurdles: 60m, 100m, 110m & 400m Hurdles

7pm - 8pm

• Sprints: Acceleration, Speed, Speed endurance or
• Middle Distance: 800m – 3000m track based sessions or
• Jumps: Long jump, High jump, Triple jump

Open for all skill levels 

Terms of Booking:

1. Sessions are only available during school academic term.
2. Bronze package consists of approx. 38 sessions  (1 academy session per week for the whole year) . This package is non refundable. It is valid for 1 year from the 1st session.
3. Silver package consists of approx. 114 sessions  (3 academy sessions per week for the whole year) . This package is non refundable. It is valid for 1 year from the 1st session.
4. Kit is compulsory and can be purchased at the venue
5. Academy sessions will be available during the Holy month of Ramadan at all venues, therefore no catch-up sessions for any missed training sessions will be provided venues, therefore no catch-up sessions for any missed training sessions will be provided.
