Ready to run, jump, and throw like a champion? Our exciting Athletics class is designed for kids aged 3-11 to explore the world of track and field!

Each session starts with a 10-minute warm-up, getting those muscles moving and minds prepped for action. We'll use fun games and drills to get your heart pumping and body primed.

Next, it's time for the main event! Every day, you'll tackle two different athletic disciplines. Imagine sprinting like a cheetah one day, then aiming high with the shot put the next! Or, test your endurance with a distance run, followed by the thrilling hurdle challenge. The possibilities are endless, with a variety of events like:

• Sprints: Feel the wind in your hair as you race the clock!
• Throws: Unleash your inner javelin master or shot put powerhouse!
• Jumps: Soar through the air with long jump or high jump!
• Distance: Push your limits in races ranging from mid-distance to relays!
• Hurdle: Challenge your coordination and agility!

Each event gets 20 minutes of dedicated practice: Learn proper technique, refine your skills, and have a blast with friends! Remember, teamwork makes the dream work, so we'll also incorporate fun relays and collaborative activities. After all that excitement, we cool down with a 5-minute stretch to prevent injuries and improve flexibility.

Expert Coaching: Experienced coaches provide guidance and support throughout the class, ensuring you master each skill safely and effectively. They'll cheer you on, answer your questions, and help you reach your full potential.

Open for all skill levels. Children are divided into groups based on age and ability 

Yearly registration fee of AED 70 to be paid to the academy on the first day of the class. Children will be provided with a T-shirt or a vest as per preference.  All materials needed for the class will be provided
