This break, give your young budding chefs the unique opportunity to learn Kitchen basics and cooking tips. This camp will be empowering your kids through cooking whether it be using their math skills in scaling or creativity in plating.
Week 1:
8th July / MONDAY (Breakfast Of Champions)
Assorted scones from scratch, cheddar and beef bacon scones, orange and chocolate scones, vegetable quiche from scratch along with chocolate crepes, chantilly cream and strawberries
9th July / TUESDAY (Taco Tuesday)
Cheesy empanadas with dough from scratch, mushroom fajitas, chicken enchiladas and caramel tres leches cupcake
10th July / WEDNESDAY (Cupcake Masterclass)
Make 4 different kinds of cupakes with these delicious flavours; Strawberry shortcake, lotus biscoff, cookies and cream and chocolate chip cookie dough
11th July / THURSDAY (Mama Mia !)
Lasagna with pasta from scratch, pomodoro sauce and creamy bechamel, cheesy garlic bread from scratch and fluffy italian buns with cream
12th July / FRIDAY (Asian Street Food)
Mushroom gyoza, vegetable stir fried noodles, chicken banh mi with bread from scratch, chocolate and banana spring rolls
Week 2:

Beef fajita loaded fries, cheese bomb garlic balls, chocolate chip crumble muffins and pink lemon slushie

Rainbow quiche lorrain, banana and chocolate bread butter pudding, yogurt and honey parfait cups with homemade granola and vanilla crumble muffins

Barbeque chicken flat-bread from scratch, creamy chicken alfredo crepe parcels and a banoffee-misu ( kid friendly summer twist on tiramisu)
24th July / WEDNESDAY (Cookie Masterclass)
Make 4 diffrent kinds of cookies with these delicious flavours; Lemon and strawberry soft cookies, white chocolate and honey snickerdoodle with cornflakes, red velvet crinkle cookies and a savoury cheddar and rosemary biscuit
25th July / THURSDAY (Indoor Picnic!)
Chicken pesto calzones with, classic hot dog bread rolls with homemade dough and lotus biscoff blondies

Raised between Lebanon and the UK, Lama has always had a passion for cooking since the age of 4. Mamalu Kitchen was inspired by Lama's 3 boys and the desire to help fellow mothers and families simplify their day-to-day lives without having to worry about feeding their family fuss-free, healthy food. The first concept launched under the Mamalu Kitchen brand in 2016 was healthy cooking classes for nannies and housekeepers, with recipes offered in their native language from traditional Arabic c .. uisine to how to cook for the ultimate dinner party. That venture was shortly followed by cooking classes for mothers/children, schools, couples, corporations, and husbands. Mamalu Kitchen is creating a cooking movement under the slogan #feedingfamilies. By engaging every single member of the household/family and various members of the community to be involved and empowered by cooking, Mamalu Kitchen is enabling a lifestyle change in the region. This "cooking movement" is leading families to live healthier and happier lives.
