My wife and I are pursuing this class with Kusum Rana For the last three months now and we find the classes to be extremely helpful. As a couple we have adopted a lot of changes into our lifestyle and Rana has been helping us making it easier for adapting to this new lifestyle. The yoga sessions are very satisfying and she ensures there is a great balance between exercising, streching, breathing and required soothing.
